Rooftop Units

These self-contained, roof-mounted HVAC systems are ideal for smaller buildings. These all-weather systems contain heating and cooling units that we connect to the building’s ductwork.

Ductless Mini-Splits

Ductless mini-splits are energy-efficient, cost-effective heating and cooling solutions ideal for retail facilities, restaurants, small offices, and other commercial enterprises.

These systems can be installed in offices, retail spaces, and more. Most mini-splits offer both heating and cooling capacity, and because they don’t require ducts to circulate treated air, they’re easier and faster to install and service.

Ducted Split Systems

Ducted split systems are installed using the current infrastructure within the building. This arrangement increases energy efficiency and keeps the system out of view of employees and patrons.

As with ductless systems, these consist of an indoor and outdoor unit, thermostat, and humidity control system that work together to deliver optimal comfort and energy efficiency.

There are two types of split systems: single- and multi-split. Single-split systems are ideal for small spaces due to their compact size, cost of installation, and energy efficiency. Multi-split systems are better for large facilities such as retail buildings, medical offices, restaurants, and large offices.

VRV & VRF Systems

Variable refrigerant volume (VRV) and variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems use refrigerant to heat and cool the facility. These use a single condenser and one or more evaporators, making them well-suited for medium to large spaces.

VRV systems can incorporate either a heat pump or a heat recovery system, both of which can heat and cool the building. However, only heat recovery systems can heat and cool the building simultaneously.

This option provides greater control and gives you greater range for maintaining temperatures in server rooms, storage rooms, and other areas where lower temperatures are required than customer or employee work areas.

CAV Systems

CAV systems feature a simple, easily installed design that uses a compressor to deliver the optimal temperature within manufacturing facilities and warehouses.

Ideal for single-zone applications, CAV systems are well-suited for facilities that need constant ventilation, including movie theaters, museums, gymnasiums, auditoriums, and other public facilities.

VAV Systems

Variable air volume (VAV) systems are best used in commercial buildings with significant variations between heating and cooling needs. An example of this could be a commercial building housing multiple businesses, such as restaurants, offices, medical offices, retail facilities, etc.

VAV systems use a system compressor and fans to regulate refrigerant flow and airflow. This configuration gives operators greater control over the desired temperatures and makes it easier to maintain consistent, optimized comfort throughout the facility.
